This resource is designed to help aid making zig-zag style booklets in a range of subjects. The book includes lined pages with room for illustrations throughout and on the front cover and can be printed in A4 or A3.

I have included the excel document which is formatted for parts of an image to appear as the student only if they enter the correct answer. This works really well for maths but can also be used along side written questions with A/B/C answers, for spelling tests or for assessment of understanding on a topic. I have included full instructions written on the excel document for how to edit the questions and answers to suit your needs. These are not included in the screenshot of the document.

Varied tasks to complete to consolidate vocabulary and spelling skills. Dictation section is included in the sheet for you to use according to the specific spellings you need to focus on or the particular child’s interests. Brilliant as an intervention resource either as a whole lesson focus or a task to dip in to throughout the week’s learning.

Great resource to play ‘be the teacher’ marking incorrect sentences and spotting proper nouns as a grammar lesson.

Lovely resource for explaining for vocabulary is split into different levels. I use this alongside comprehension work when we discover a word that the pupil doesn’t know. We then discuss what category the word might fit in to.

Ideal to be laminated and kept or used with a suffix lesson.
